Approval of the Owners may be obtained in writing or at a mee ing <br /> of the A sociation duly held in accordance with the Bylaws. Consents of Eligible Mortga es <br /> and Decl ant, if required, shall be in writing. Any amendment shall be subject to any gre ter <br /> requirem�nts imposed by the Act. The amendment sha}1 be effective when recorded as provi ed <br /> in the Ac�. An affidavit by the Secretary or the President of the Association as to the outcom of <br /> the vate,Ior the execution of the foregoing agreements or consents, shall be adequate evide ce <br /> thereof f r all purposes, including without limitation;the recording of 2he amendment.
