I <br /> 12 "Assessments" means and refers to all assessments levied by the Assoc ation <br /> pursuant to Section 6 and pursuant to the Act, including,but not limited to,a nual <br /> assessments,special assessments, and limited assessments. <br /> I.3 "Association" means the Stonebay of Orono Condominium Associati n, a <br /> nonprofit corporation which has been created pursuant to Minnesota St tutes <br /> - Chapter 317A and Section S15B.3-lal of the Act, whose members consist f all <br /> Owners. <br /> � i.4 "Board" means the Board of Directors of the Association as provided for.i the <br /> Bylaws. � � <br /> 1.5 "Buildin�e" means each structure which is or becomes a part of the Propert� and <br /> which contains at least one Unit. <br /> ;1.6 "Bvlaws" means the Bylaws governing the operation of the Associatio , as <br /> amended frorn time to time. <br /> � 1.7 "Citv"means the city of Orono, Minnesota. <br /> 1.8 "Common Elements" rneans all parts of the Property except the Units, including <br /> all improvements thereon.
