The Units shali be used by Owners and Occupants an their <br /> guests exclusively as private, single famiiy residential dwellings, and not for transient, hotei, <br /> corr►m rcial, business,or other non-residential purposes, except as provided in Section 7.4 Any <br /> lease f a Unit (except for occupancy by guests with the consent of the Owner, and exc pt for <br /> leasin of Units owed by Declarant) for a period of less than twelve manths ar any occ ancy <br /> which includes services customarily furnished to hote[ guests, shall be presumed to e for <br /> transi nt purposes. . . <br /> 7.4 Business Use Restricted.
