<br /> and en�oyment of the Limited Common Elements are automatically conveyed with the •

<br /> �awnings, perimeter windows and doors, window screens, window boxes, sleeves and
<br /> fittings surrounding window air conditioning units, chimneys, driveways, w lks,
<br /> � doorsteps and stoops, constructed as part of the original construction to serve a s ngle
<br /> Unit or Units, and replacements and modifications thereof authorized pursuant to Se tion
<br /> �7.10, located whoily or partially outside the Unit boundaries, are allocated exclusively ta �
<br /> �the Unit or Units which they serve.
<br /> 3_2.3 Chutes, flues, chimneys, ducts, pipes, wires, conduits or other u ility
<br /> 'installations, bearing walls, bearing columns, or any other components or fixtures y'tng '
<br /> partially within and partially outside the boundaries of a Unit, and serving only that nit,
<br /> . ;are allocated to the Unit which they serve. Any portion of such insta]lations serv' g or
<br /> affecting the function of more than one Unit or any portion of the Common Element is a
<br /> �part of the Common Elements,but is not a Limited Common Eiement. ,
