I1.19 "Plat" means one or more than one recorded plat depicting the Property pur uant to the requirements of Section S15B.2-110(c) of the Act, and satisfyin the requirements of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 505, 508, or 508A, as appli able, including any amended or supptemental Plat recorded from time to ti e in accordance with the Act. 1.20 "Propertv" means aIl of the real property subjected to this Declaration, now r in the future, including all structures and improvements located thereon.
