<br /> portion o the Property. The Owner shall hold harmfess, indemnify, and defend the Associati n,
<br /> and the A�ssociation's o�cers, directors, committee rnembers, and management agents, from nd
<br /> against a�y expenses, claims, damages, losses, or other liabilities, including without limitat on
<br /> attomeys° fees and costs of litigation, arising out of (i) any alteration which violates ny
<br /> governm¢ntal Eaws, codes, ordinances, or regulations, (ii) the adequacy or inadequacy of he
<br /> specificaqions or standards for construction of the alteration, and (iii) the constructi�n of he
<br /> alteration�
<br /> 8. Exemptions. The requirements set forth in this Section 8 (except Section .4)
