In the event the Association determi es <br /> thac such waste or unreasonable use is occumrig, the Association shall have the authority to I vy <br /> against t�e Unit (under Section 6.4, or otherwise), and charge to that Owner; the costs, char es, <br /> and fees (whether billed by the utility provider, or otherwise) associated with that waste or <br /> unreason�ble use. Such costs, charges, and fees shall be calculated by the Association us ng <br /> reasonab e methods. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Declaration, he <br /> Associati n may repair or correct any condition (and enter upon any Unit and Limited Co on <br /> Element o do sa) causing the waste or unreasonable use.
