Such costs, charges, and fees shall be calculated by the Association us ng <br /> reasonab e methods. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Declaration, he <br /> Associati n may repair or correct any condition (and enter upon any Unit and Limited Co on <br /> Element o do sa) causing the waste or unreasonable use.
