The <br /> � Own r shall give the Association advance written notice of any lease or use agreement <br /> with respect to the Storage Space assigned ta that Owner's Unit, and shafl promptly <br /> provide a copy of the lease or usz agreement to the Association. The Association may <br /> hold,'reassign the license for, or rent, a Storage Space as5igned to it in the same manner <br /> as an Owner,except for the Storage Spaces reserved for use by Owners. , <br /> 7.9.5 The interest of a secared party holding a first lien or other security interest <br /> on a nit shall include the license to any Storage Space which is assigned to the Unit,and <br /> said 'ghts shall be included within the secured party's interest acquired in the eveni of a <br /> forec�osure of ihe lien or other security interest. <br /> 7.9.6 Any license, lease, rental, assignment, transfer, or purported transfer af � <br /> any i terest in a Storage Space in violation of this Section 7.9 shall be void. . <br /> " 7.9J The use of the Storage Spaces, and the items that may be stored in the <br /> Storaj�e Spaces, are subject to Rules and Regulations as approved from time to time by <br /> the ard. <br /> 7.14 Animals. The Board shall have the exclusive authority to regulate or prohibit, by <br /> ' the Rnle an Regulations, the keeping of animals on the Praperty; provided, that the Board may <br /> only permit ogs (except Rottweillers, Pitbulls, or poberman Pinschers),cats, small birds,small <br /> fish, and oth r animals generally recognized as domestic household pets (collectively referred to <br /> as"pets")to'be kept on the Property,subject to the conditions set forth in this Section. <br /> 7.10.1 Rules and Regulations may be adopted by the Association to regulate or <br /> proh bit pets on-the Property, including, but not limited to,the type, size, and number of <br /> pets llowed to be kept in a Unit; provided, that such Rules and Regulations are not <br /> inco sistent with the Goveming Docwnents. <br /> ! 7.10.2 Pets shall be kept solely as common domestic household pets, ar as <br /> statu orily authorized "service animals" by handicapped persons, and not for any other <br /> purp se. No animal of any kind shall be raised or bred, or kept for business or <br /> co ercial purposes,by any Person upon any part of the Property. � <br /> 7.10.3 Pets shall not be allowed to make an unreasonable amount of noise, or to <br /> beco e a nuisance or a threat to the safety of Owners,Occupants,and their guests. <br /> ' 7.10.4 Pets shall be housed only within Units, and not within the Common <br /> Ele ents.
