<br /> 7.9.4 An Owner may rent or allow the use of the Storage Space assigned to his •
<br /> or her Unit only to or by other Owners and Occupants. The lease or ather use right shatl
<br /> be in written form, and shall terminate when the lessor, lessee, or other user is no longer
<br /> an Owner or Occupant, regard(ess of the terms of any agreement to the contrary. The
<br /> � Owner shatl give the Association advance written notice of any lease or use agreement
<br /> with respect to the Storage Soace assigned to ihat Owner's• Unit, and shall promptly
<br /> provide a copy of the lease or use agreement to the Associatron. The Association may
<br /> hold, reassign the license foc, or rent, a Storage Space assigned ta it in the same manner
<br /> as an Owner, except for the Storage Spaces reserved for use by Owners. , �
<br /> 7.9.5 The interest of a secured party holding a first lien or other security interest
<br /> on a Unit shall include the license to any Storage Space which is assigned to the Unit,and
<br /> said rights shall be included within the secured party's interest acquired in the event of a
<br /> foreclosure of the lien or other security interest.
<br /> 7.9.6 Any license, lease, rental, assignment, transfer, or purported transfer of �
<br /> any interest in a Storage Space in violation of this Section 7.9 shall be void.
<br /> " 7.9.7 The use of the Storage Spaces, and the items that may be stored in the
<br /> Stora�e Spaces, are subject to Rules and Regulations as approved from time to time by
<br /> the Board.
<br /> 7.10 Animals. The Board shall have the exclusive authoriry to regulate or prohibit,by � •
<br /> ' the Rnle and Regulations, the keeping of animals on the Property; provided, that the Board may �
<br /> only permit dogs (except Rottweillers, Pitbulls, or poberman Pinschers},cats, small birds, small
<br /> fish, and other animals generally recognized as domestic household pets (collectively referred to
<br /> as"pets")to be kept on the Property,subject to the conditions set forth in this Section.
<br /> 7.L0.1 Rules and Regulations may be adopted by the Assaciation to regulate or
<br /> prohibit pets on the Property, including, but not Iimited to,the type, size,and number of
<br /> pets allowed to be kept in a Unit; provided, that such Rules and Regulations are riot
<br /> inconsistent with the Goveming Documents.
<br /> � 7.30.2 Pets shall be kept solely as common domestic household pets, or as
<br /> statutorily authorized "service animals" by handicapped persons, and not for any other
<br /> purpose. No animal of any kind shall be raised or bred, or kept for business or
<br /> commercial purpases,by any Person upon any part of the Property.
<br /> 7.10.3 Pets shal! not be allowed to make an unreasonable amaunt of noise, or to
<br /> became a nuisance or a threat to the safety of Owners,Occupants,and their guests.
<br /> 7.10.4 Pets shall be housed only within Units, and not within the Cammon
<br /> Elements. No structure, fence, or enclosure for the care, housing, or confinement of any
<br /> pet shall be constn,cted or maintained on any part of the Common Elements or in any
<br /> part of a Unit that affects or may affect another Unit or the Common Elements.
<br /> 7.I0.5 Pets shall be under control of an aduit individual ai all times when outside �
<br /> of the Unii.
