The eveloper shall <br /> � create a "parkwa�' character through substant al landscaping <br /> along Kelley Parkway subject to approval of a treetscape plan <br /> to be provided by the Developer and approved by t e City Council. <br /> Final landscaping plans will be revie«•ed by the ity's consulting <br /> landscape planner for conformity with the RP standards. <br /> Landscaping plans for the commercial outlots can e deferred until <br /> those sites are developed. <br /> , <br /> 5) Street lighting alono Kelley Parkway adjacent to t e property shall <br /> be provided by the Developer and shall be of style, number, <br /> height and location approved by the City Counci . Public street <br /> lighting alon�Kelley Park�vay shall be maintained ough standard <br /> agreement between the City and the appropriat public utility <br /> company. Interior private street lightin� shall b at a low level <br /> consistent with the surroundin� rural residential hazacter while <br /> providin� the necessary level of security.
