The on-site sewage reatment system at the above address has been inspected and appears to fall into the category checked below. "NON-CONfORM NG SYSTEM"-A prohibited system; a system located within a designated 100-year floodplain; any system w ich may or may not meet all the location, design, and construction standards of the current City \ � Codes an which is failing for any reason; and an ' than 3 feet of unsatu t soil or sand ,��i between t e distribution device and the limiting soi characteristics.
