r . �� - <br /> � <br /> /� �1V' <br /> �o 0 <br /> � cITY of OR4N0 <br /> �, <br /> ,,� � <br /> `�",� G'� RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �`�kES80g'� NO. 4 :3 �' � <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Orono <br /> hereby approves the plat of Jacobs Mill, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the followina <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. All identified primary and alternate sewage system drainfield sites v�ithin the <br /> subdivision shall be fenced off prior to any land alterations, and such fencing shall <br /> remain in place until such time the individual lot is developed and the Cin Septic <br /> Inspector authorizes removal.' <br /> 2. The stormwater improvements shall be constructed to City requirements,subject to <br /> the Developers Agreement executed between the City and the developer. Drainage <br /> and stormwater improvement construction can begin as soon as the final plans ha��e <br /> been formally approved by the City Engineer and the Developers Agreement has <br /> been executed. <br /> 3. Outlots B and C shall be undeveloped until the City determines access is required to <br /> the west at shich time the road shall be opened and developed to the requirements <br /> listed in Municipal Code Section 11.33, Subdivision 4. <br /> 4. Per Hennepin County request 27'of existing right-of-way easement is dedicated for <br /> public right-of-way as shown on the plat as Rolling Road. <br /> 5. No building pernuts shall be issued until the stormwater management improvements <br /> have been completed and road is constructed by the developer and appro�-ed by the <br /> City Engineer and Director of Public Services. <br /> 6. Prior to City release of the plat for filing, applicant shall provide evidence of fee <br /> ownership of the property in a form acceptable to the City Attomey, and applicant <br /> shall meet any other title requirements and requirements of Preliminary Plat approral <br /> as may be required by the City Attorney. <br /> 7. Applicant shall provide all documents noted in this resolution in a format <br /> acceptable to the City Attorney prior to release of the plat for filing, and shall <br /> • complete all conditions to the satisfaction of City staff,prior to release of the plat for <br /> filing. <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
