LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DECISION <br /> Date of Decision: 12/17/10 <br /> ❑Approved � Approved with conditions(include below) ❑Denied <br /> LGU Findings and Conclusions(attach additional sheets as necessary): <br /> The wetland boundary delineated by Svoboda Ecological Resources(SER)at 3675 Jacobs Mill Road in <br /> Orono(PID#32-118-23-24-0012)on September 30,2010 was reviewed in the field�n November 8, 2010 <br /> by Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD)staff. The consultant from SER who performed the <br /> delineation was also present at the field review. <br /> During the review, it was noted by the consultant that the wetland boundaty displayed in Figure 5 of the <br /> delineation report received on October 21,2010 did not accurately display the wetland boundary as <br /> flagged in the field. A revised Figure 5 (attached)and the following summary was received on December <br /> 16, 2010 from SER to clarify the situation: <br /> "The approximate wetland boundary lines depicted in yellow on Figure 5 represent the portion of <br />� Wetland 1 that was flagged by SER and reviewed and approved by the MCWD. The blue lines at the south <br /> portion of the parcel depict an extension of the Wetland 1 boundary that was neither flagged by SER nor <br /> reviewed or approved by MCWD. These blue lines only represent an aerial photo interpretation of the <br /> rvetland boundary as defined by SER. The points at which the yellow and blue lines meet represent a <br /> barbed wire fence extending in an east-west direction that SER assumed was the southern property <br /> boamdary dzrrin the initial site visit.
