Has a wetland delineation been performed in the last 5 years? I could not find documentation in the file to <br /> indicate the wetland boundaries shown in the survey were delineated. <br /> 2. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District permits will be required and we will need to have the approved MCWD <br /> permits before approving the building permit. <br /> 3. There appears to be several retaining walls being proposed. There is a wall along the NW side of the proposed <br /> pool where the top and bottom elevations of the retaining wall are not called out and need to be added to the <br /> survey. <br /> 4. The wall NE of the proposed garage is shown to be at 4' in height. Any wall over 4' in height or any tiered walls <br /> over 4' in height and not separated by more than 2x the height of the taller wall (as measured from face of <br /> upper wall to back of lower wall) engineered plans and specifications signed by a registered professional <br /> engineer. <br /> 5.
