The engineer's <br /> comments were submitted to Steve Sexton on 6/21/2013. A revised survey dated 6/21/2013 was received on <br /> 6/24/2013. The engineer will review the revised survey submitted. If all his questions/concerns were addressed he will <br /> forward the plans onto the building official for his review. If not,the engineer will note is comments and we will forward <br /> them to you and Steve. We are also waiting for the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD)to issue their permit <br /> for the construction of the new home. The City will not issue the building permit without receipt of a copy of the permit <br />' from the MCWD. <br /> Steve has asked if he can install the silt fence and stake the home.
