The factors for initiating the sewer project were smaller lot sizes and non- <br /> compliant septic systems with limited replacement sites available. The septic system serving <br /> your home is a compliant system according to State and City standards. Your property was <br /> exempted from connecting to the sanitary sewer system at that time. <br /> The existing septic system serving your home may stay in use until the system becomes non- <br /> compliant.
