<br /> tanks have not been pumped out within the last three years,they shouid be pumped out now.

<br /> 9 Some evidence of surfacing,not critical yet. �
<br /> 10 Drainfield is saturated and visibly discharging untreated ef�luent to the surface. Contact the City Inspector
