If a retaining wall is over 4' in <br /> height or if a tiered wall exceeds 4' and is not separated by more than 2x the height of the taller wall,the <br /> applicant will need to provide engineered plans and specifications. <br /> • Silt fence should be shown on the west side of the proposed grading (west of pool). <br /> • What is going to happen to the existing retaining wall west of the pool?
