Certificate of Survey.Building permit review requires 2 copies of an updated,full size certificate of survey meeting <br /> all of the City's survey standards (enclosed) indicating the location of the proposed garage addition (and any <br /> proposed grading) as well as all existing buildings, structures, landscaping, retaining walls and hardcover on the <br /> property. Please provide an updates survey which shows where the wetland buffer averaging will occur to mitigate <br /> for the driveway hardcover. <br /> 2. Engineer's Review Report. Attached is a copy of the letter dated October 15, 2012 from our consulting City <br /> Engineer. Turf grass and other invasive species were present in the wetland buffer area. A Vegetation <br /> Management Plan must be submitted and approved by the City prior to issuance of building permit. <br /> 3. Wetland Buffer Improvement Escrow & Wetland Buffer Escrow Agreement. Permits which require buffer <br /> improvement plans also require an escrow to guarantee reimbursement to the City for out-of-pocket costs in the <br /> event the work is not performed as required. The estimated buffer cost is determined to be$2000;therefore the <br /> escrow amount required for this project is $2,000. The wetland buffer escrow agreement is enclosed. The <br /> property owner must sign the escrow agreement and submit a check for$2,000. <br /> 4. Permit Escrow Agreement(s). Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer require submittal of <br /> an escrow and an escrow agreement. The City currently holds a $2,500 escrow associated with the variance <br /> application. Please sign the updated escrow agreement combining the zoning application with the building permit. <br /> No additional permit escrow is required. <br /> 5. Variance Approval Resolution. The resolution associated with the variance approval must be signed by the <br /> property owners prior to issuance of the building permit. The resolution requires both of your signatures. Please <br /> bring a drivers license or other valid form of identification for our notaries to verify your identity. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
