I have obtained and attached hereto the <br /> Examiner's Report which shows that the Village of Orono was granted an easement for utility <br /> purposes and underground sewer over and under the southwesterly 5 feet of the land being <br /> registered. (See 4(c) of the Examiner's Report), in 1966, which was filed in the office of <br /> the Hennepin County Recorder, as Doc.# 3622491, If the City is still using this and wants <br /> to keep it the City will have to have the Pyle's agree to it or the City will need to defend <br /> it easement rights, in this matter and prove that it is still using the easement and that the <br /> property being Registered is subject to the easement. <br /> Please review the Examiner's Report and let me know if the City is using the easement. If <br /> the City is using the easement I should be able to get the Pyle's to agree that the easement <br /> is still in effect and should be shown on the Certificate of Title in the "subject clause " <br /> as set forth in the Examiner's Report . <br /> Let me know if you have any questions. <br /> John F.
