The last I spoke with you the contractor had done the installation but had <br /> used shredded mulch rather than blanket mulch on the lower slope. The contractor <br /> refused to change it and the owner had paid the bill. <br /> I checked the site. The photos are attached. While the mulch stayed in place many of <br /> the roots of the shrubs are exposed.
