R. Ross called the meetin.g to order at 5:30 P.M. The <br /> following Trustees were present: R. I,. Searles, R. M. Franzel, <br /> W. J. Schmitt. <br /> The Clerk presented for study the returns as certified by the election <br /> judges of Precincts One, Two, Three and Four.
