In September 2010 we <br /> sent a letter, enclosed, referring to recent (at that time) modifications to your driveway at 3534 <br /> Ivy Place which increased the size of the driveway. As you know, the approval granted by <br /> variance application 06-3211 (Resolution No. 5604) allowed 712 square feet of driveway. At the <br /> time of your building permit for your new home, the 712 square foot driveway proposed was <br /> consistent with these approvals. The current, modified driveway appears to be approximately <br /> 150 square feet larger than the approved driveway, violating City Code 78-1288, Resolution No. <br /> 5604 as well as Building Permit P11163. <br /> The additional 150 square feet of driveway hardcover must be removed or you must make an <br /> application for a variance to receive approval by or before December 14, 2011.
