The City denied the application and directed that no Certificate of <br /> Occupancy should be granted until the shed was removed. This denial and the obligation to <br /> remove the shed have been filed against the property. A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for <br /> the property was issued on Apri14, 2001, subject, in part, to your agreement to remove the shed <br /> on the lake front of your proper�y: - - --- - - - ---- - - <br /> Additionally, I am advised that you have constructed and paved a driveway to a third <br /> garage stall on the property which causes the property to exceed the 25% hardcover allowed by <br /> ordinance. . <br /> On February 12, 2003, City Inspector Lyle Oman wrote to ask you to remove the shed <br /> and the excess pavement by March 10, 2003. To date, no action has been taken and the City has <br /> not received any communication from you with respect to these obligations. <br /> May I please hear from you with respect to your plans for these requirements in the next <br /> fifteen days? If I do not hear from you I will advise the City that it may proceed with appropriate <br /> legal action in order to bring the property into conformance.
