Certificate of Survey: Please provide Z copies of an updated, full-sized certificate of survey meeting the <br /> City's survey standards (enclosed} indicating specifically: <br /> a. the location of the existing house and proposed deck addition (and any proposed grading) <br /> b. the hardcover zones, and specifically the 75' setback line; <br /> c. average lakeshore setback line; and <br /> d. other existing structures, landscaping, retaining walls and hardcover on the property. <br /> 2. Building Plans. Piease provide two (2) scaled copies of the final proposed building plans for our review. <br /> 3. Escrow&Escrow Agreement. Building permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer <br /> require submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement, Because your project will have minimal <br /> grading—only footings—the required escrow amount is $600. The escrow agreement is enclosed. You <br /> as the property owner must sign the escrow agreement and submit a check for$600, <br /> The above information is required in order for the p4an review to continue.
