<br /> _::r. . Keith Howell appeared before Council to request approval of
<br /> � a subdivision of that part of Section 31 , Parcel 1120, lying
<br /> :�outh of County �iighway #�6 , for two building sites of an acre
<br />,� each. Searles moved the request be referred to the Planning
<br /> Co�amission for further study and recommendation. The rlotion was
<br /> � seconded by Franzel and carried.
<br /> REZONING - DONREED PROPERTIES
<br /> Council discussed the recommendation of the Planning Commission
<br /> regarding the request of Donreed Properties for rezoning of
<br /> t?�eir property bounded by Brown Road and U .S . #12 , or detachment
<br /> of the property to the Village of Zong Za,ke . Searles moved the
<br /> request of Donreed Properties be denied at this time , but the
<br /> ��equest r�ay be reconsidered vrhen the ov�Tners present further
<br /> �-1�.ns for development of their property. The motion was seconded
<br /> t:�y �uady and carried.
