<br /> ��ublic Hearing called to be held at this time on Assessment on
<br /> � I:aprovements 63-STP-1, 63-TS-1, 63-TI,S-1 and 64-LS-1 and a
<br /> certificate of mailing s.�id notice to all affected property owners ,
<br /> vahich affidavits and certificate were examined, approved and ordered
<br /> filed.
<br /> The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the purpose
<br /> of conducting said public hearing, according to law, to explain
<br /> �%�e a�sessments . Engineer Niills explained the formulae for arriving
<br /> t the assessments . After all members of the public present were
<br /> :fforded an opportunity to be heard, the meeting �vas adjourned at
<br /> J : 15 P.�i. until 7 : 30 P.:,:. , October 26 , 1964 at the Village H�.11,
<br /> :;�ere it will reconvene after further consideration of the Council
<br /> :-�L general and specific assessment problems brought to its attention.
