The motion was seconded Ny Searle:� and carried. SUBDIVISION - EIDE PJ�r. G. W. Eide submitted a preliminary plan for subdivision of Govt. I,ot 3 , Sec . 36 , T. 118, R. 23 . Gor�;en subrr�itted a plan for subdivision of Tracts E and F, RLS �420. The recommendation of the Planning Comrriission dated I�ay 18, 1g64 was reviewed. Quady moved preliminary approval, subject to the availability of the sewer. The motion was seconded by Schmitt and carried.
