<br /> The minutes of a regular m�eting held Septemb�r 23rd �nd a
<br /> special me�ting held October 7th were read :�nd approved.

<br /> constructed several years ago. The contention of the c:iurch is
<br /> t�iat tlle road is being used a,s a public road �.nd its location
<br /> � ..:��.kes it a logical addition to the street system of trie Villa�,e.
<br /> The Council directed the villag� engineer to inspect the road-
<br /> �vay and report on its present conclition ��nd �;��1�<�,t it �vould take to
<br /> bring it up to a r��inu�um standard.
