A amall sam pump, wlth dfschar�ge capaclty of 20 <br /> gpm, was ptaced at one en oP the satety cove with the discharga hasQ srtaking the <br /> tength of the poo1, on top of e safety cover, a disct�arging at the oppos�te end from <br /> the pump, The wa{er was a plied for 30 mintt wifh the pump on and in place. The <br /> water was then shut n(�and e pump was allow d to run for an addittvna! 3o minutes. <br /> The test mannequin (7�mmy was then placed u on the safety caver. At !he end of 3 <br /> minutes aft$r placing Tim upan the safety ver, an unsaf� amount of water as <br /> described in AS7M ES i3 s tbn 9,3,4 dFd not exst.
