Our initial site plan review indicates the following <br /> issues that must be resolved in order for the application review to proceed: <br /> ' 1. Wetiand Crossing. The proposed driveway crossing of the wetiand and wetland buffer <br /> ``"`r`c' cannot be approved, as these areas are protected via City ordinance and the�looney Lake <br /> �L�'`^� Preserve development covenants. <br /> � r.ic�' <br /> 2. Driveway Relocation.
