Cit� of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 2176 <br /> • - • � <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BB IT RESOLVED, that based upon either one or more <br /> of the f indings noted above, the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono hereby <br /> approves the preliminary plat application of Richard Hassel involving the <br /> property legally described above, subject to the following conditions: <br /> The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the <br /> Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled <br /> Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br /> l. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2 ) mylar copies and one <br /> (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br /> a) Lot lines platted per final plat of Huntington Farm. <br /> b) Name plat - redesignate building pad as Lot 1, Block 1, <br /> Plat Name. <br /> c) Redesignate drainage and utility easements along property <br /> lines as shown on final plat, Huntington Farm. <br /> 2. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: � <br /> Provide amended covenants or other instrument that would reflect <br /> participation of new building pad in maintenance of road and open <br /> space areas, etc. <br /> 3.
