Access to a11 residential pads shall be via the plat <br />: road. Bui lding permits for new construction sha 11 not be <br /> issued by the City until the required base work has been <br /> installed and approved by the City. <br /> 2. Subdividers must stake all drainfield envelopes prior to <br /> any land alterations. <br /> 3. Culverts �shall be installecl within Outlot C, the shared <br /> driveway, per engineering plane by Coffin & Gronberg dated <br /> 7/28/66. The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District must <br /> inspect culverts at time of installation. <br />� <br /> 4.
