Winters the subdividers; and <br /> WBBRBA3, on August 27, 1984, the City Counci 1 granted <br /> approval of a preliminary plat of the 9 unit Planned Residential <br /> Development that designated the building and septic envelopes for <br /> each of the pads (hereinafter referred to as "Development Guide <br /> Plan"). Each septic envelope maintains a minimum 20 foot setback <br /> from each buildinq envelope and the boundary lines of esch pad. <br /> The building envelope o.f each pad shall maintain approved <br /> building setbacks as follows: <br /> _ Pads 1-4, 8 and 9 - front/rear 50' , side 30 ' <br /> Pads 5 and 6 - front 30 ' , rear 50' , side 30' <br /> Pad 7 - front/rear 50', right/west side 30' <br /> left/east side 52' <br /> Pads 2, 7 mnd 8 - principal structures mu�t b� located <br /> 100 feet from existing animal barn in Outlot D <br /> 11H�xEAS, the subdivision for a Planned Residential <br /> Development has been found to meet all standards of the Planned <br /> Residential Develop�r►ent Code, On-Site Septic Code and all other <br /> pertinent eections of the Zoning and Subdivision Codes that deal <br /> witb the rurml development of property within the City, �o th�t <br /> each pad can be developed as a single family residential unit <br /> without the need of varinnces; and <br /> NflB�BAS, the subdividers have complete8 all <br /> requirem�ats of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1.
