Co.)Codes and the Minn. Rules 7080.. <br /> In the Primary Site(Site-2-A)three soil borings where done indicated the following results; <br /> Soil Boring# 1 Mottled Soil was 16 inches <br /> Soil Boring#2 Mottled Soil was at 14 inches <br /> Soil Boring#3 Mottled Soil was at 18 inches <br /> Average percolation rate was 15.5 m8in/in(Loam-Clay Loam Soil) <br /> In the alternate site(Site-3A)the three soil borings indicated the followin�results; <br /> Soil Boring#7 Mottled Soil was at 18 inches <br /> Soil Boring#8 Mottled Soil was at 28 inches <br /> Soil Boring#9 Mottled Soil was at 20 inches <br /> r Average Percolation Rate was 1 1.4 min/in. (Loam-Clay Loam Soil) <br /> • Note; Site-3A was also the area that was previously tested by S-P Testing on July-1995 and his report <br /> stated that this area was suitable to support a mound system on. ' <br /> • Note; Both sites are big enough to support a 5-bedroom home(Daily water use-7�0 gal/day) mound <br /> system if the house size was increase from a 4-5 bedroom home and the mound system would have to <br /> be increase in size if needed in the future. <br /> See the soil boring logs for the details. <br /> • Mottled soil is consider the high seasonal water table that exist during the wet seasons and when <br /> mottled soil is encounter between 12-36 inches then and above ground pressurized mound system must <br /> be installed. <br /> Therefore with the above information a standard pressurized mound system can be installed in the primary <br /> site. or the alternate site. <br /> The size of mound system needed for a 4-bedroom home would be Fhe following size;(Primary Site)� , ,,, ;-;..,�;.; <br /> Sizing Factors; Daily water use-600 gal/day � <br /> Soil Sizing Factor---Clay Loam—Est.
