The previous system was <br /> considered non-conforming. <br /> The zoning district is RR-1B, the Rural Residential District, where 2 acres of dry buildable is <br /> required for each zoning lot. This lot is considered non-conforming as to lot size. In order to <br /> consider this lot buildable, variances would be required.
