� ti Sec.13.04 RIGHTS OF SUBJECTS OF DATa Subd. 1. Type of data. The righrs of individual on whom[Le data is stocrd or to be scored shall be as set forth in ehis secaon. Subd.2. Information reqirired to be given iadividual. Access to data by indi�idual. Upon request to a r_ronsible aurhoriry,an individual shall be informed whecher he is the subject of scored data on individuals,and whe[her it is class�ed as public,priva�or confidenrial. Upon his further request,an individual who is the subjecc of scored private or public data on individuals shall be shown[he dara Ki.�out any c'narge to him and;if he desires,shall be informed of the content and meaning of[hac data. After an individual has been shown che priva_�an and ir.iormed of its meaaing,the data need not be disciosed to him for six monehs chereaiter unless a dispute or acrion pursuanc to[his secdon is fending or addiaonal data on the individual has been collecced or creaced. The responsible auehoriry shail provide copies of[he private or public daa L:on reques:by[he individual subject of�he data. The responsible authoriry may require che requesdng person to pay the acaia!costs of making,cer;•ing,and compiling the copies. The responsible auchoriry shalt comply immedia�ely,if possib'.e,wich aay r:quest made pursuant co chis subdivision,or within five days of the date of the requesc,excluding Saturdays,Sundays and legal holidays,ii ir,.mediau.compliance is not possible. If he cannot comply with the request wi�hin[hac dme,he shall so inform[he individual,and may have an addi�e�l five days wirhin wtuch to compiy wich�he request,ezcluding Saturdays, Sundays and legai holidays.
