RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL.���� <br /> �. � � <br /> `� �'~ N O. � � � R--- <br /> j'�kFSHo�`` <br /> CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or more of the <br /> findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby grants the lot line <br /> rearrangement of the above referenced properties based on the lot line rearrangement survey <br /> dated April 23, 2015, revised May 14, 2015, by David B. Pemberton of Sathre Bergquist, Inc. <br /> attached as E�ibit B, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Following the lot line rearrangement the properties shall be legally described as shown in <br /> Exhibit C attached. <br /> 2. The applicant shall grant to the City perimeter drainage and utility easements for each of <br /> Proposed Pazcels 1 and 2 on standard forms provided by the City for filing with <br /> Hennepin County. <br />, 3.
