When comparing the plans <br /> submitted and approved with variance and the proposed building plans(copy attached)there appears to be an <br /> expansion over the garage within the 30' rear setback. The roofline changes from a shed roof over dormers to a <br /> gable. Roof structure is proposed where it was not shown on the approved variance.
