A copy of an erosion control permit from the MCWD or documentation from them stating this proposed project <br /> does not trigger their permitting requirements. (MCWD permit#16-521 is for the detached accessory structure <br /> which we don't have an application for.) <br /> 2. A copy of an updated escrow agreement is attached. This combines the variance escrow with this project. No <br /> additional escrow money is needed at this time,just a signature from one of the property owners. <br /> , <br /> As I mentioned, I'm leaving around noon for the day and our office is closed on Monday.
