Staff conducted <br /> a preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised <br /> in order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Our engineer has reviewed the survey and has the following comments: <br /> ✓a. Water Supply Well.The location of the well should be indicated on the proposed survey,please revise. <br /> � b. First Floor Elevation. The proposed first floor elevation should be indicated on the survey, please <br /> revise. � <br /> c. Landscaping.The sunrey and the landscape plan should show the proposed landings/steps. <br /> d. There are two 4-foot retaining walls depicted.One on the NW corner and one on the SW corner of the <br /> home. Should the walls exceed 4 feet in height an engineered plan,signed by a licensed professional <br /> engineer,will be required. <br /> e. Perimeter sediment control measures should be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City <br /> prior to any work, including demolition. Contractor must provide minimum 24 hour notice prior to <br /> inspection. <br /> 2. Landscape Plan. A landscape plan has been submitted,see comment 1c, above. If there are changes during <br /> construction a revised plan must be submitted showing all the proposed exterior/landscaping improvements, <br /> i.e. patios, grading, sidewalks, retaining walls, etc. Any proposed changes to landscaping should also be <br /> reflected on an updated survey. <br /> 3. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br /> District's (MCWDs) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding <br /> your project. Please note,the City of Orono will not issue a building permit without a copy of the MCWD permit <br /> or documentation stating the proposed project does not trigger any of their permitting requirements. <br /> 4. Separate City Permits Required for: <br /> a.
