Builder Acknowledgement Form <br /> Permit #2017-00090 /4705 Augusta Street <br /> Builder Representative Name: <br /> Permit Conditions: Initials <br /> **NOTE CHANGE** Before scheduling an exterior insulation and/or drain tile inspection, a <br /> foundation as-built survey must be submitted and approved by the City or a Stop Work order will be C.:�� <br /> issued. <br /> Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. <br /> G�-- <br /> Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land disturbing <br /> activities. Note: on the plans, the perimeter erosion control is depicted outside of the subject <br /> properties boundaries.When installed, it should be completely within the property boundaries � <br /> unless consent is provided from adjacent property owners. The contractor must provide a <br /> minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must remain <br /> until vegetation has been established. L� <br /> The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning and repair of roadways for any adverse <br /> i m pacts. ��" <br /> Existing trees should be protected from grading and trucking through snow fence or similar. Tree <br /> protection should be inspected by the City prior to commencement of grading; provide a minimum G� <br /> of a 24-hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> No underground sewer within 20 feet of well. <br /> �� <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and hardcover calculations must <br /> be submitted and approved. � <br /> In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions (which prevent the <br /> completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey) a Temporary Certificate of � <br /> Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary.
