DEP051T OF �SCROW FUNDS, Contemporaneously w(th the exEculion ef thls Escrow Agreement, <br /> the Owners shall deposit$2,000 with the City. AI! accrued interest, if any, sha11 be paid to the City ta reimburse ihe <br /> City for its cost fn administering the escrow account. <br /> 2. PURPOSE OF ESGROW. RIc3HT OF ENTRY. The Owners h�reby grant the Cfty, Its agents, employaes, officets &�nd ' <br /> contractors the rEght tn ents� the property ta perform all work �nd inspectlans deemetl approptiatE by the Clly in <br /> conjunctlon wllh Ihe requited erosion control nteasures,including but not limited to consirucUng or completing any and <br /> all of the agreed upan impravements should the Owners' contractor not complete thost; improvements by the date <br /> specified herei�. <br /> 3. MONTHL.Y BILLING. As the City receives consultant bills for ineurred costs, the Cily will in turn <br /> send a bill to the Owners, 4wners shall be responsible tor payment to the City within 3p days af the Ownsrs' recaipt <br /> at bill. <br /> 4. DISRURSEMENT FROM �SCRQW ACCOUNT.
