c �- 'i <br />� .� , . <br /> I . INTRODUCTION AND SUMMARY <br />� We have completed a program of percolation testing for the pre- <br />� liminary plat proposed by Mrs. Roy 8ollander. The legal descrip- <br /> tion of this parcel of land is: That part of government lot <br /> � 3 section 25, T 118, R 23 lying southerly of the centerline of <br />� <br /> County Road 6 and which lies westerly of a line drawn north <br />_� perpendicular to the south line of said government lot 3 from a <br />� point thereon distant 493.00 feet west of the southeast corner <br /> of said government lot 3. Also that part of government lot 4 <br />� section 25, T 118, R 23 lying southerly of the centerline of <br /> County Road 6 and which lies easterly of the easterly line of <br />� RLS 1281 according to the registered land survey thereof. <br />_] The proposed lots were found to have soil conditions suitable <br /> for on-site sewage dfsposal systems. <br />� <br /> II . SCOPE OF TAE TESTING PROGRAM <br />� The scope of this testing program fs intended to fulfill the <br />� City' s requirements for subdivision plat approval. It will <br /> also result in percolation tests sufficient for building permit <br />_� application and the c]esign of inclividual on-site sewage dispo- <br /> sal systems. Testing was performed in accordance with the <br />� applicable City ordinance and the requirements of Hennepin <br />� County and the State of Minnesota. <br /> We began our work by studying the Hennepin County soils survey <br />� report to determine the location of the soils most suitable for <br /> on-site sewage disposel systems.
