Pump, crush and fi112-1,000 gallon septic tanks on site. <br /> 18. Upon completion of demolition work install fill in old foundation area <br /> and rough grade to existing surface elevations. Install4" black dirt and <br /> seed. <br /> 19. Cut down and remove dead trees (standing & down) from site. <br /> 20. Seed entire work area upon completion. <br /> Total Contract Price $22,300.00 ($5,000 <br /> initial draw, balance upon completion) <br /> BID ASSUMPTIONS: <br /> 1. Stump grinding is not bid. <br /> 2. Hazmat abatement is not bid. <br /> 3. Sewer and water disconnects are bid to be capped on the property, not in <br /> the street. No street work is bid whatsoever. In the event that this <br /> becomes necessary additional charges will apply. <br /> 4. Unforeseen, hidden structures or debris are not bid. <br /> 5. Identification or removal of any underground storage tanks, private <br /> utilities and buried concrete is not bid. <br /> 6.
