Fred Farr Construction submitted the lowest quote <br /> at $$22,000 for the work to be performed. <br /> After completing clean-up of the property and final court action, a resolution will be brought to <br /> Council for assessment of the costs of the hazardous building abatement to the property. <br /> Staff is requesting Council approval to proceed with clean-up of the property. <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Consider motion to accept the quote from Fred Farr Construction at $22,000 for the work to be <br /> performed to clean-up the property at 200 Hollander Road. <br />
