Farr Construction submitted an invoice for $27,764.23. The invoice was increased <br /> above the $22,300 estimate to $27,764.23 due to asbestos abatement and to fill 2 cisterns that <br /> were discovered during the demolition. Staff is requesting council to approve payment for the <br /> project. The hazardous building abatement costs will be assessed against the property as a special <br /> assessment. <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Consider motion to approve payment to Farr Construction in the amount of$27,764.23 for wark <br /> completed at 200 Hollander Road. <br />
