Hollander, 200 Hollander Road, Orono,NN 5�391 is the fee <br /> o�vner of record of the property located at 200 Hollander Road w�ithin the City of Orono(hereinafter <br /> "the City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Property Identification Number: 2�-1 18-23 44 001� <br /> Lot 002, Block 001, Holly Acres ��d Addition (hereinafter "the <br /> property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, having duly considered the <br /> matter pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 463.15 to 463.261, hereby finds that the above- <br /> described property is uninhabitable and contains unsanitary and hazardous conditions which <br /> constitute a public nuisance and��-hich make this property hazardous to the public health,safet��and <br /> w-elfare, based on the following findings: <br /> Field Stone Foundation <br /> 1.
