John Malcolm Hollander <br /> Dear Mr. Oman: <br /> Enclosed please find the Agreement to Suspend Prosecution that Mr. Hollander <br /> signed and which was filed in Hennepin County District Court on March 31, 2009. In <br /> essence, the State has agreed to suspend the prosecution for one year until March 31, <br /> 2010 as long as Mr. Hollander commits no furthcr building code violations, ordinance <br /> violation or failure to maintain grass violations.
