Council tabled action on the quotes at the April <br /> 1 l, 2011 Council meeting and requested submittal of compatible bids from the two contractors. <br /> Burns Excavating submitted the lowest quote at $22,300 for the work to be performed. <br /> After completing clean-up of the property and final court action, a resolution will be brought to <br /> Council for assess�nent of the costs of the hazardous building abatement to the property. <br /> Staff is requesting Council approval to proceed with clean-up of the property. <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Consider motion to accept the quote from Burns Excavating at $22,300 for the work to be <br /> perfonned to clean-up the property at 200 Hollander Road. <br />
